West Valley Logistics Center, Surprise, Arizona

We led the efforts to lease this 419,000 SF 3PL development to 50% occupancy and, soon thereafter, sell the property to a national industrial investment fund with aggressive pricing metrics, all within a two-year holding period.

We directed the underwriting, acquisition, and takeover of this three-building 807,000 SF office campus. Year one business plan included the complete redevelopment of one building into a LEED Gold (Core and Shell) certified project.

Rainbow plaza, las vegas, nevada

We worked side-by-side with a JV partner in effectuating the business plan to position the property for sale or refi with leasing three junior box spaces totaling 53,000 SF, renewing our 50,000 SF anchor tenant, selling a Home Depot and 24 Hour Fitness occupied pads.
